A FAST & YUMMY PORRIDGE

My everyday favorite breakfast, in less than 3 min.


A super healthy way to start your day, rich in protein and fiber, this meal is just sufficiently consistent to keep up until lunch time.

Best part? You can also take it to go, on your way to the office or in the office!


What you need:

- Oats

- Almond milk

- 1Banana

- Some squash Seeds & sunflower seeds

- Dark chocolate chips

- Maple Syrup


Pour 6 big spoons of oats and 1 glass of almond milk in a container. I personally like to heat the two in a pan during about 1min. (We avoid micro waves in here!)

Add one little spoon of maple syrup, pour the mixture in a vessel or container to go (if you wish to); add up some banana pieces, the squash and sunflower seeds, the chocolate chips and voilà.


The day can begin!
