My to go recipe for my morning shake, most of the time replacing my 2 to 3 morning coffees… for a good reason!
First of all, either you are a coffee addict or not, we all know that a lot of coffee is quite bad for your health. It causes spikes of adrenaline and insulin levels in short periods of time and may also create nervousness and very often hanger issues… Which, let’s be honest, can drive us to be in a very bad mood, if we want to stick to a no-eating-between meals diet.
What is good about Matcha is that, even though it still has a certain amount of caffeine, its effect is a lot more gentle on the body and the adrenaline/energy level stays stably, evenly high on a longer period of time.
Another qualitative advantage of Matcha is that it is a super good complement for our skin quality. This plant has high antibacterial properties that help clear the skin from acne and keep it pretty glowy.
MY PERFECT RECIPE:
What you need:
- 1 spoon of Matcha
- Some almond milk
- 1 banana (to make it sweeter)
- 1 spoon collagen (if you want to intake your daily collagen dose in this shake)

MIX AND ENJOY!
NB: Matcha is a complement that I take in the morning. It is a source of caffeine and energy so you’d better prefer not taking it during the end of the day/ during the night to avoid insomnia, increased heart rate and in-bed anxiety…
